8.1 General

The 2026 physical competition will consist of 4 categories: Maneuvering, Docking, Collision Avoidance, and Path Finding . For the different tasks there are general rules and task specific rules. The tasks will be different challenges with an increasing degree of difficulty.

The teams ASV may be subject to challenges during attempts in all tasks. The main goal of this is to make sure that ASV can perform in all different circumstances, to better test their capability and adaptability. The challenges will take basis in marine traffic situation.
